​A two-night stay is required on weekends.

Reminder to our guests:
The Hotel is a historic building and predates elevators, therefore the staircase is the only way to reach 2nd floor rooms.

Reservations

Policies 
​
- Check-In is 4 pm to 6 pm EST Check-Out is 12 pm EST
- ​Notification of late arrival is required (After 6pm).
- A one-night deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
- A two-night stay is required on weekends. A three-night stay is required on holidays and special event weekends.
- ​Occupancy is based on two persons per room.  Limited accommodation for additional guest (2 rooms).
A fee of $50.00 will be added for each additional guest after two (includes infants and  children).
-Breakfast: Served daily from 9am to 10am (coffee out at 8:15am).
​ We regret we are unable to accommodate special needs or requests.
 - Outdoor Pool is only open July 4th through Labor Day and limited to registered guest only. 
 - Cancellations must be made fifteen days in advance. A $35.00 per room handling fee is applied to all cancellations. Rooms canceled without fifteen days advance notice are the responsibly of the booking party. Bookings made through 3rd party websites (i.e. Expedia.com, Bookings.com, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policy of the 3rd party (non-refundable) and must cancel through 3rd party. Group bookings are subject to an extended period of 60 days. We will not be able to refund any payment for no-shows or early check-out. Due to the small size of our property, cancellations affect us significantly, as such We must firmly adhere to our cancellation policy.
 - Parking is limited. Our parking lot cannot accommodate trailers, boat trailers, campers or RV's.  If you park in the parking lot you must walk around to the front door. The gate to the pool deck is mandated by state law to be locked at all times.
- No Smoking. This action was taken to ensure the safety and health of the total environment for our guests and staff. As it is difficult to remove odors, we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, cigarettes, vaping, hookahs, incense, cigars, the use of diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant based essential oils or synthetic products in the hotel or deck area. A minimum $250.00 cleaning fee will be incurred for all violations to this policy for the cleaning of areas impacted by such use.

- Pet & Service Animal Policy
No Pets Allowed. Service dogs are permitted in accordance with applicable law. Guests traveling with a service dog must advise the Maplewood Hotel at the time of booking so that we may properly prepare for their stay and provide appropriate accommodations. Service dogs may not be left unattended in guest rooms or anywhere on the hotel property. Service dogs must remain under the control of their handler at all times. If a service dog is not under the control of its handler or engages in disruptive behavior, such as repeated or uncontrolled barking, the handler may be required to remove the animal from the hotel. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy animals are not permitted, as they are not considered service animals under applicable law.

Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by Maplewood Hotel to improve its service. Your data is never shared with unauthorized outside parties or sold.
