PictureGrandson William welcomes you in the summer months.

​Standard Room: $195 - $280
Queen bed and private bathroom. 
​Deluxe Room: $230 - $345
King or queen bed, fireplace, and private bathroom. 
​Suite Room: $295 - $420
King or queen bed, fireplace with sitting area and private bathroom with tub.
Max occupancy 2 per room.
​A two-night stay is required on weekends.
A three-night stay is required on holidays and special event weekends.

Policies 
​
- Check-In is 4 pm to 6 pm EST Check-Out is 12 pm EST
-Due to the continued challenge of COVID variances appearing,
we have temporally suspended all maid service requests to the rooms.
- ​Notification of late arrival is required (After 6pm).
- A one-night deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
- ​Occupancy is based on two persons per room.  Limited accommodation for additional guest (2 rooms).
A fee of $35.00 will be added for each additional guest after two (includes children).
-Breakfast: Served daily from 9am to 10am (coffee out at 8:15am).
​ We regret we are unable to accommodate special needs or requests.
 - Outdoor Pool is only open July 4th through Labor Day and limited to registered guest only. 
 - Cancellations must be made fifteen days in advance. A $35.00 per room handling fee is applied to all cancellations. Rooms canceled without fifteen days advance notice are the responsibly of the booking party. Bookings made through 3rd party websites (i.e. Expedia.com, Bookings.com, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policy of the 3rd party (non-refundable) and must cancel through 3rd party. Group bookings are subject to an extended period of 30 days. We will not be able to refund any payment for no-shows or early check-out. Due to the small size of our property, cancellations affect us significantly, as such We must firmly adhere to our cancellation policy.
 - Parking is limited. Our parking lot cannot accommodate trailers, boat trailers, campers or RV's.  If you park in the parking lot you must walk around to the front door. The gate to the pool deck is mandated by state law to be locked at all times.
- No Smoking. This action was taken to ensure the safety and health of the total environment for our guests and staff. As it is difficult to remove odors, we do not permit smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, cigarettes, vaping, hookahs, incense, cigars, the use of diffusing of patchouli oil or other strong-smelling plant based essential oils or synthetic products
in the hotel or deck area. A minimum $250.00 cleaning fee will be incurred for all violations to this policy
for the cleaning of areas impacted by such use.
